The LIA and its members recently upgraded both the water plant and our wastewater processing facilities to replace are existing infrastructure that had reached its effective lifespan after nearly 50 years. However, only proper maintenance and acceptable use of these new facilities will ensure they last for the next 50 years.

-- Cigarette butts -- Disposable toilet brushes
