The new wastewater treatment plant broke ground on November 28th following the 40 year loan approval by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The construction is being led by Schomburg & Schomburg Construction of Danville and should be completed in the spring of 2017. The new wastewater treatment plant is another step in the commitment to update and maintain the infrastructure of the Lake Iroquois community. Other recent projects have included clubhouse updates, pool upgrades, road resurfacing, and the new water treatment plant.
